What if my order arrives damaged?
If a ModernWallArt product appears damaged when first taken from its packaging please contact us immediately. We also ask that you keep all packaging and if possible, send us some photos of the issue and condition of the packaging.
We will then arrange a replacement (subject to availability), or refund or offer an equivalent item in exchange.
In some circumstances we may ask you to return the product to us. In these cases we will arrange for the collection of the item.
